Please Welcome: Threads and Buttons

Threads and Buttons is one of the first blogs I started following. Kelley is so down to earth and sweet, and she seems like the type of person that would make a great best friend.

She has a comfortable, practical style that I adore and her closet is full of thrifted pieces. Icing on the cake; she's crafty and witty too.

Hello dear Feathers and Freckles readers! My name is Kelley and I blog over at Threads and Buttons. I was so excited when Megan asked me to do a guest post for her. It was like a sudden realization that there is at least one person out there who actually reads the silly things I post on the Internet every day. It's bloggers like Megan, the kind who don't take themselves too seriously or scowl in all of their outfit posts, that I love to follow. So, finding out that she enjoys my blog as well put a big 'ol grin on my face.

But, you don't want to hear about all that do you? Nope. You come here everyday to see a beautiful redhead rock some awesome threads... Well I'll try to meet you about a quarter of the way. Here is me... in some clothing.

Boots: Ross – Tights: Target Skirt: Thrifted Belt: Thrifted Blazer: Thrifted Shirt: Thrifted Necklace: Gift

I figured that while Megan is in the sunny state of California, I would introduce you to the sunny state that I call home. Welcome to Arizona, where it's not starting to look a lot like Christmas at all, except for the lights all of the crazies are putting on their cacti. I'm not kidding guys, people really do that. I, for one, have pretty much made it a rule not to decorate plants whose thorny spines can impale humans. And, while I currently live in Arizona, I hail from the Evergreen State. This means I would like a twinkling pine tree, and NOT a killer cactus in my living room this Christmas, thank you very much.
