I'm still sick, so I've been relaxing and sleeping as much as possible (oh, and I watched the entire second season of The Walking Dead in 2 days).

One of my favorite ways to fight a cold is with a nice hot bath. This soak takes less than 5 minutes to make, costs less than $1, and leaves you smelling like a Cinnabon.

1. Mix ingredients together in a food processor or blender until smooth and powdery.
2. Scoop blended mixture into container of your choice.
3. *Optional: Decorate if giving away as gift. (My mom is sick too so I made some for her.)

Pour mixture into tub, grab a cup of chamomile tea (or glass of wine), and relax!
